AHSE2026 has tailored this order underwriting service for large-scale exhibitors. For all eligible participants, regardless of exhibition area or enterprise type, the minimum guaranteed order amount generated during the 2026 exhibition period will be no less than 50% of your total booth fee. This permanently eliminates the historical uncertainty of exhibitions, where success relied on luck and orders were never guaranteed, ensuring every dollar of your investment has a solid minimum return floor.


The Order Guarantee Program includes far more than just order underwriting – it comes with a tiered benefit package that escalates with your exhibition area, from 36m² to over 500m². Benefits are upgraded across the board, including discounts, buyer matching, marketing exposure, and customized services, to meet the exhibition and brand development needs of every enterprise.

01. Precision Buyer Invitation System
• The organizing committee partners with World Buyer to target and invite strategic buyer delegations from Portuguese/Spanish-speaking markets (Brazil, Mexico, etc.), Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, locking in procurement requirements in advance.
• In collaboration with over 30 national chambers of commerce and the Asia New Retail General Association, we organize a Delegation of 1,000 Procurement Enterprises, all attending with clear, confirmed procurement lists.
• Before the exhibition, we use big data matching to push exhibitors’ product information to over 400,000 target buyers, enabling pre-show demand matching.
02. Full-Cycle Order Conversion Mechanism
• Pre-Show: We open a dedicated Buyer Demand Pre-Registration channel for large-scale exhibitors, to collect precise procurement intentions in advance and schedule pre-matched 1-on-1 meetings.
• During the Show: We host dedicated Portuguese/Spanish-speaking buyer sessions, domestic channel matchmaking meetings, and group purchasing & direct sourcing zones, with dedicated signing venues and process support to confirm orders on-site.
• Post-Show: We follow up with all potential leads within 48 hours, and provide full support for order fulfillment.
03. Clear Risk Underwriting Terms
• Order Validation: Orders are recognized based on signed formal procurement contracts and binding letters of intent (LOIs) that include clear procurement amounts and fulfillment timelines, subject to review and confirmation by the organizing committee.
• Compensation Process: Order accounting will be completed within 2 calendar months after the exhibition closes. Exhibitors who do not meet the minimum guaranteed amount may submit a compensation application, which the organizing committee will review and fulfill within 7 working days.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through consultation between both parties, or submitted to a third-party industry association for arbitration to ensure fairness and impartiality.

Leveraging the strengths of 8 co-located exhibitions, we enable one-stop procurement for buyers across the entire industrial chain, drastically improving order conversion efficiency. The 8 exhibitions include:

- All participating enterprises must confirm their booth booking and pay the full booth fee before May 30 to be eligible for the Order Guarantee Program.
- Exhibition area validation: Based on the final signed contiguous booth area. Combined booths under the same entity must be declared to the organizing committee in advance.
- Discount Stacking: Benefits under this program can be stacked with early bird discounts, but cannot be used in conjunction with other special subsidies.
- Quota Limits: Maximum 5 exhibitors for the 500m² and above tier, maximum 10 exhibitors for the 300m² and above tier. Benefits are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and locked in upon signing the agreement.
- Validity: The order guarantee applies exclusively to this edition of the exhibition (November 16-20, 2026). All compensation must be fulfilled within 60 working days after the exhibition closes.
