Recently, the Asia International Hotel Supplies & Food Expo (AHSE) and the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades have officially established a partnership. Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades has become a Supporting Unit for AHSE 2025. This collaboration aims to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation within the hotel, catering, and food & beverage industries across Asia, jointly driving innovation and development in the sector.
As a significant exhibition for the hotel, catering, and food & beverage industries in Asia, the AHSE brings together high-quality brand suppliers and professional buyers from around the globe. The expo not only provides a platform for exhibitors to showcase products, technologies, and explore markets, but also offers opportunities for professional visitors to source products, network, and learn.
The Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades is a non-profit organization formed by management professionals from the catering industry and related trades. Since its founding in 1999, it has grown to encompass over 1,300 member organizations and 10,000 restaurants. Dedicated to uniting the industry, pooling strengths, and promoting the development of the catering business, the Association actively serves as a bridge between the industry and the government, striving to enhance the sector's social recognition and improve its management standards.
Through this partnership, the two parties will engage in comprehensive cooperation across exhibition preparation, event planning, and market promotion. Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades will leverage its leading position within Hong Kong's catering industry to actively organize its member units to participate in this year's expo.
